The electricity is worked on a meter system, each student will have a budget of €370-00 for the 37 week academic year which is included for within the rent. |

Cable TV: |
NTL cable television is provided. There are five points in each apartment, one in each of the bedrooms and a point in the living room. A television license if required is the responsibility of the Tenant’s. |

Launderette: |
A laundry room with coin operated machines is located on site. The machines cost €3 per cycle |
