Cancellation & Refund Policies

All booking deposits paid prior to the academic year are non-refundable if your booking is cancelled. The booking deposit payment guarantees a room placement and therefore you must be sure that you want to stay at Hazelwood Student Accommodation before paying this. 

No refund of any pre-payment shall be made in the event of early vacation of the premises or early termination of the License to Reside agreement made between The Student and Hazelwood Student Accommodation. In that event, Hazelwood shall be entitled to charge the full cancellation fee of €500 (Deposit).

Please note that the €500 deposit will be refunded in full once the student's bedroom and the common kitchen/lounge are not found to be beyond normal wear and tear standards. 

At the end of the academic year, rooms will be inspected for damage. Deposits will be refunded less any damage charged and any unpaid fines imposed during the academic year.
